Triggers to Glimmers: Cultivating Vicarious Resilience in the Face of Burnout
Our Advanced Skills Workshop: “Triggers to Glimmers: Cultivating Vicarious Resilience in the Face of Burnout” is designed to help trauma therapists recognize and address the challenges of vicarious trauma and burnout.
Trauma work can take an emotional toll on both clients and clinicians. This workshop offers research-backed practices for identifying the effects of trauma work on yourself and your clients, with a focus on recognizing signs of vicarious trauma and fostering vicarious resilience. Participants will gain practical tools to manage the emotional demands of their work while enhancing their effectiveness in delivering evidence-based treatments for trauma and PTSD.
Join us for a workshop that equips clinicians with evidence-based techniques to balance the emotional toll of trauma work with strategies to cultivate resilience. Get the tools needed to create a personalized resilience plan to support your effectiveness and well-being in trauma therapy.
