Supporting Grief and Loss in the Context of PTSD Treatment
Our Advanced Skills workshop, “Supporting Grief and Loss in the Context of PTSD Treatment,” equips mental health clinicians with practical insights on grief-informed care during trauma treatment.
Content covered in the training will explore grief-related theories and practices, with a focus on how they intersect with PTSD and trauma therapy.
Through discussion and role play, the workshop will also offer practical tools and psychoeducation strategies to ensure clinicians can remain trauma-focused. Workshop attendees will gain new skills to address both death and non-death losses in the context of trauma treatment.
