Jenna Pryor, MSW
Vice President of Partnerships, PsychArmor
Jenna Pryor serves as the Vice President of Partnerships at PsychArmor. In this role, Jenna leads the design and implementation of PsychArmor’s business development, partnership engagement, and alignment with national strategic initiatives related to military veterans and their families.

Jenna works with internal and external collaborators to develop and refine a vision for how PsychArmor can impact the military-affiliated and Veteran community. She also serves as the Co-Chair for the Hidden Helpers Coalition Education Subcommittee. Jenna is the daughter of an active duty United States Marine and knows firsthand the challenges and strengths associated with the military-connected community.
Jenna is a Silver Level Kirkpatrick Certified Professional, Dare to LeadTM trained, and is experienced in design thinking, program evaluation and research, and project management. Jenna currently holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, concentrating in social policy and evaluation, from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. Past work includes research and evaluation projects with diverse populations, including projects funded by the National Science Foundation and Arnold Ventures. Jenna also serves as the Research, Evaluation, and Learning Consultant for Compassion Institute.

Dr. Katy Dondanville is a psychologist dedicated to enhancing mental health care accessibility and quality. As an Associate Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, she collaborates with researchers, clinicians, and systems to achieve this goal.

Leading the STRONG STAR Training Initiative, Dr. Dondanville has trained over 3000 clinicians globally, reaching 10,000 individuals with evidence-based treatments for PTSD, suicide, and related areas. Additionally, she serves as Chief Scientific Advisor for Face the Fight, guiding the initiative to reduce veteran suicide rates. With expertise in PTSD treatments and a commitment to research-driven solutions, she strives to improve therapy access and effectiveness for all. Beyond her leadership roles, Dr. Dondanville mentors junior faculty and postdoctoral fellows, sharing her knowledge and experience to foster the next generation of mental health professionals. She has contributed significantly to the field with over 100 scientific papers and over 150 presentations at research conferences, emphasizing her dedication to advancing mental health care through research, training, and advocacy.

Dr. David Rozek, PhD, ABPP
Face the Fight Senior Scientific Advisor, UT Health San Antonio
Dr. David Rozek, PhD, ABPP, is an Associate Professor and a clinical psychologist at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He serves as the Director of Strategy and Evaluation for the STRONG STAR Training Initiative and the Senior Scientific Advisor for Face the Fight.

He received his PhD from the University of Notre Dame and completed his residency at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Prior to joining the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Dr. Rozek held positions at the University of Central Florida as the Director of the National Center of Excellence for First Responder Behavioral Health at UCF RESTORES and at the University of Utah in the Department of Psychiatry with a secondary appointment as the Director of Training at the National Center for Veterans Studies. Dr. Rozek’s research and clinical expertise are in cognitive and behavioral therapies for suicide, depression, and PTSD. He regularly provides training to clinicians, medical professionals, peers support specialist, and mental health allies on best practices when working with individuals who are at risk for suicide and is an active researcher focusing on how to best improve clinical care.
